Been feeling very low about my weight lately ๐Ÿ˜• Iโ€™m now a size 24 I was a size 14 :( looking at my body makes me feel sick ๐Ÿ˜ท

I've lost track of what size I am at the moment as hardly anything I own fits me. I'm sorry you're not feeling your best right now. But hopefully we can remind each other that our weight doesn't define our value or ability to be kind to ourselves. I am trying to do one kind thing for my body a day. Maybe even journal it to keep track. Can be anything from tracking hydration for the day, talking a short walk, trying a dance workout (lasted 5 minutes ๐Ÿ˜…), resting when my body needs it without the guilt, eating a Vegetable in a meal I enjoy. Really small things for me. That way, I'm slowly building up the love for my body in a way that doesn't involve judgement โ˜บ๏ธ

I love ๐Ÿ’˜ this response. I think you're a 100% right it's about starting with the little things each day and just doing those just accomplishing that to start moving ahead slowly.

I am currently looking into the Daniel plan by Rick Warren with Saddleback Church in California, perhaps you you could look into that! Also, 75 hard. ๐Ÿ˜
